In all cases, proof of payment and purchase (such as a receipt or invoice) must be provided.
All the services, codes, and keys we offer are original, official, and approved by the manufacturer. In the case of receiving a non-working digital key, it will be replaced with another key for the same product. While this issue has not occurred with us, if it does, the digital key will be verified by us to ensure there is no defect or tampering.
The website reserves the right to change its return or exchange policy permanently or temporarily at any time as deemed appropriate or necessary. Therefore, consumers should always stay informed about any updates or changes on the website.
Your use of the store means you agree to all our policies, including the return policy, and your interaction with us constitutes an electronic signature of agreement.
Cases Where the Order Will Be Cancelled Without Refund:
If there is an issue with the order details and the customer is contacted but does not respond, the order will be suspended for 27 days. On day 28, Winnie has the right to cancel the order and no refund will be issued.
Cases Where a Product Qualifies for a Refund:
- Activation key does not work → Will be replaced. If the second key also doesn’t work, a refund will be issued.
- Wrong product/key delivered → Will be replaced with the correct item.
- Activation key not delivered → If not received within 4 days of placing the order, the customer is eligible for a refund.
- Customers must ensure their device version is compatible with the license; the store is not responsible for incorrect orders.
- The activation key must be used within 3 days of purchase. The store is not responsible if it doesn’t work after that period.
In some cases, customers may be asked to contact the service provider directly, request the activation time, and report it to our support team through Email.
If I Change My Mind After Placing My Order, Can I Cancel and Get a Refund?
- Refunds are only issued if the order has not been processed yet.
- If your order is being processed or delivered, it means the order has already been submitted and cannot be refunded.
If a Refund is Approved:
- Payments made via bank cards: Refunds will be processed within 3 to 14 business days, depending on the bank.
- Refund fees: Payment gateway fees will be deducted from the refunded amount as administrative fees.
