• The user affirms they are legally eligible under Sharia and applicable law to interact with the store or are at least 18 years old.
  The user agrees that any violation of this article will result in bearing the consequences thereof before others.

 

03. Nature of Winnie Store’s Commitment

• Winnie Store is committed to providing the requested product or service.
• Additional services such as after-sales support may also be provided depending on the nature of the product or service.

 

04. Usage Guidelines

• The user agrees to use Winnie Store in compliance with public morals and laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• The user also agrees not to use the product or service in a way that violates those morals or laws.

 

05. Accounts and Registration Obligations

07. Modifications to the Agreement and Fees

• Winnie may notify you of any changes to the agreement via official communication methods. Your continued use constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree, you should stop using the services.
• Fees are calculated in Saudi Riyals or currencies approved by Winnie, and users are required to pay them using accepted payment methods.
• Some users may incur additional charges depending on offers, services, or government-imposed fees.
• Winnie reserves the right to modify fees or impose new ones based on this agreement.

 

08. Payment Services

• Winnie provides payment options via its partners, which may include online methods or other methods offered from time to time.
  Winnie commits to:
• Clearly stating the product or service price in accordance with market value.
• Providing invoices and receipts for all financial transactions.
• Adhering to accepted accounting standards and practices.

 

09. Your Personal Information and Transaction Details

By using the store, the user grants Winnie a global, permanent, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use any personal or other data submitted through registration, communication forms, or emails for purposes deemed necessary by the store.

• Winnie adopts technical, organizational, and physical measures to protect user data and prevent unauthorized access.
• However, the user acknowledges that the internet is not 100% secure.
• Winnie has no control over third-party actions or linked pages, and users consent to the use of their data for providing services and marketing purposes.
• Personal data collection, processing, and usage are governed by the store’s Privacy Policy.

 

13. Access or Membership Restriction

Winnie may suspend or terminate a user’s membership or restrict access at any time, without notice, and for any reason.

 

14. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws, regulations, and legislation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

 

15. General Provisions

This agreement forms the entire understanding and contractual basis between the store and the user.

• The Arabic language governs the interpretation and translation of the agreement.
• All product/service prices may change from time to time.
• Promotional or marketing offers are temporary and may be modified or terminated by Winnie at any time.
• Both parties must interact in a manner compliant with Sharia, laws, and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
• The agreement may only be terminated by a decision from Winnie management.
